Rattlesnakes and the Kundalini

Last night there was a big commotion when a rattlesnake came to my mom's door. Her meditation group was just arriving and they had to climb over the gate just to get in safely. They ended up doing a "snake meditation" and the rattler gave her renewed motivation for her upcoming Crystal Healing Class, which includes work on the kundalini, or serpentine energy that runs through us!

CRYSTALS: Serpentine for Kundalini

During meditation, just visualize the energy that is coiled up between the end of your spine and the genital ares. Bring it up along the spine to any chakra you wish to cleanse. In this case, you want to raise it to your solar plexus and see it flowing in and out. At the same time, you can imagine the red flame burning all the negative emotions that you have stored in your solar plexus. From outside the body, see the solar plexus chakra circulates in the clockwise motion. See it extended and expanded and feel blissful with pure energy you have received. If you feel very stiff and blocked in this area, just simply massage it with your hand. When done cleansing chakras (any) bring it up to the crown and mix it with the white light and let it showering your physical body.

Serpentine is the best crystal to hold to raise the Kundalini energy.

CRYSTALS: Lumps

QUESTION: Hi ladies, I have another healing question. The advice you gave me for my Asthma has been a great help. I have a lump in the armpit. I have had the breast removed and an implant inserted twice due to problems. Can you advise as to which crystal/s I can use to reduce the lump. I have been doing Reiki on the area. I would be grateful you could advise me. I dont want anymore surgery. Kind Regards.

Lumps that show up in our physical body are often caused by an energy blockage. Your body wants to detoxify itself and somehow things get blocked up as a result of poor circulation. A good crystal to help the body detoxify naturally is SERPENTINE. If there is inflammation, a good crystal to reduce any swelling is APACHE TEAR OBSIDIAN.

CRYSTALS: Parasites

QUESTION: Hi Sheila,Would you check on what would be an ideal gemstone to help clear parasites and infection. This is for a friend of mine who's husband has been dealing with parasites and lung infection of a long time now. He is currently out of the hospital and at home. She is an amazing healer in her own right, however, she's at a loss. Our healing Circle sends her husband distance healing as he's too volatile to be around direclty. He is easily aggitated. She has determined that he has parasites in his brain. Any healing thoughts and energy you could send her way would be appreciated as well.

ANSWER: I would definitely go with green Serpentine. This stone is specifically for detoxifying the body of parasites. CRYSTALS: Fungus

I don't always get a chance to visit your website as often as I'd like but I do enjoy the email updates. I've written once before about rosacea. I actually tried it with rose quartz and it seems to be working. I will also try the Calcite you had recommended.

I have another question for you. A friend, who is a very powerful energy healer, needs help with her husband. He has developed a fungus that is attacking his stomach and lungs. He has been in the hospital for the last month. Our healing circle is going to visit him and I would like to take one or two crystals to use on him and then leave for him. Please help.

As for your friend's husband, I highly recommend Serpentine, a mottled green stone that aids in detoxifying the body and ridding it of foreign parasites. To strengthen the organs, you can use Red Jasper.

ANSWER: Hi, thanks for your question, Yellow Turquoise is actually Serpentine. I guess they market it as Turquoise because it's more popularly known to the mainstream population. However, as healers, we know that Serpentine is great for past life recall, removing toxins from our physical body and clearing out our emotional blockages.
