Sorting Crystal Cabochons with Kitty

My recent trip to India brought me home with boxes of natural healing stones. Here I am sorting some of the crystal cabochons while my little kitty, Tally, basks in the positive energies. These stones will be created into I Dig Crystals pendants, pendulums and necklaces!

From a reader: Just a note on this from my own personal pets. I have a punch bowl full of gems and crystals on my headboard. My 3 cats always lay on my bed about 3 feet from all the stones. When they all lay on my bed with the stones it's like they are all meditating!!!

Response: Thanks for sharing! Our cats all love crystals as well. My mom's cat Princess used to love to be in the center of all her healing circles when she was still on this earth!

CRYSTALS: Cat Water

We have recently started to keep a green Agate crystal slab in our cat Princess's water bowl for her general well-being and to counteract anxieties. She's a little scaredy cat when company comes over, and they often do here, so placing these crystals has really helped her stress. Now instead of hiding the whole time, she'll hide for a while before popping out to investigate the new arrivals!

guardian angels

Angels get a lot of attention. The foremost being the whimsical, winged unisex creatures floating about, protecting our legions from evil. Having attended Angel workshops and invoked Angel aid, I must say the angels are not for me.

We all have some sort of guardian angels, but it's not until we can "see" them clearly that we will know what to ask for. In my case, it became clear one night last week. I was lying in bed, trying to go to sleep, when I flicker of ethereal mist whipped through my bedroom door. At first I figured it was our cat, Charles, but looking around and seeing no physical being, I just "knew" that it was my guardian angel. And they are not just one, but there are many. All of the cats of my past, all of the independent, serene, self-important felines of the present.

At that moment, I knew why traditional angels never heed my pleas...
