Tuning in to the Real You

QUESTION: Hi Sheila, Can you tell me why the tuning forks are set of six?

Also, is each labeled either with the note it is attuned for or the name of the particular chakra?

ANSWER: Hi, this set of 6 tuning forks differs in vibrational energy. It does not necessarily correspond to the chakras, but rather the wavelengths of consciousness. The larger tuning forks have a lower vibration and the smaller ones have a higher vibration. These are great to use with the chakra plates, starting from a lower vibration and moving up to the highest to gradually open up the energies to a higher consciousness.

CRYSTALS: Partner Passing

QUESTION: Hi there.

My life partner has passed, very peacefully and the signs are very positive. I'm doing practices and meditation for him as well.

I'm doing pretty well, but I know healing takes time. What would be good support for me to wear, meditate with or have in our home or, specifically, maybe, the bedroom?

I am very close with amber and wear a wrist mala of amber and a small bracelet of amber/jet. I usually wear some turquoise and sort of pick what feels right when i get up in the morning.

If you are doing meditation work contacting the higher realms, you may also consider Angelite, Celestite, Moldavite and Amethyst. You may also want to consider working with a crystal skull. Today I felt compelled to close my eyes as the wand worked on each of my chakras. I became mesmerized that I could "see" the movement of the crystals in my hand although my eyes were closed...

After going over each chakra, I sat with the Bloodstone egg and Moss Agate Ball in my hands and concentrated on abundance. I imagined myself surrounded by 100 dollar bills, splashing around in a pool of money. Then I imagined my family doing the same, my best friends, my acquaintances, strangers and finally the whole world. But when it was the world's turn to revel in this financial joy, the dollars slowly disappeared and the world rejoiced in abundance.
