Question: Hello, Quick question, A friend recently came to me and told me he is an emotional wreck, he is suddenly sad or angry all the time for no reason. 

He said he has been stressed out a lot lately, what kind of crystal would you suggest for him?  

PS. He is not really knowledgeable about spiritual healing, chakras, crystals etc, I wanted to purchase something inexpensive for him as an introduction. Thanks!

Answer: Thank you for writing to us. It is great that you would like to introduce crystals to your friend, they can open up his energies greatly.  

From what it sounds like, he could benefit from Amethyst.  Amethyst is widely popular and known, so it is excellent for those starting out (as well as the rest of us!).  Amethyst helps release anger, and calms the emotions.  It also assists in better sleep, and opening up to the spiritual nature of one's self and connect him to his greater life purpose.

Another excellent crystal for all around master healing and positive energy is Quartz. The serenity of Hemimorphite.

Question: I was wondering if you could please help me with picking a crystal for my mom that she can put in her little secret place of meditation or her place of peace. I have gotten her rose quarts, and other one i cant think off the top of my head, sorry! I was thinking about getting her the HEMIMORPHITE. Just a healing crystal she can balance herself and relieve anxiety. Thank you!

Balanced Bed, Balanced Relationship

If you are seeking a balanced loving relationship, look to your bedroom. Make sure that your bed is big enough for both of you and has equal sized bed tables. When adding crystals to the mix, make sure that the crystals are equally placed on both sides of the bed. For example, if you are using Rose Quartz hearts to empower the relationship, make sure you place one heart of equal size on each bed stand.

Crystals vibrate a subtle energy that allow you to balance your chakras that are out of line. When we do general chakra crystal healing, we use clear Quartz because of its general purpose and enhancing energies. However, if you wan to be more specific, of course, there are many crystals that correspond to each particular chakra~

MONEY MULTIPLIER: Day 6

Today I decided to do my money multiplying practice standing up, letting my spine stretch long. This helped me to ground my energies and connect the crown of my head to universal energy.

To achieve this kind of balance, we must maintain good posture. Just keep reminding yourself of the benefits of "length" whenever you realize your slumping tendencies. It can be done!
