Calming Anxiety with Rhodonite

Question: HI Sheila, I apologize for not letting you know I received the Lepidolite bracelet.  I love it! I've been ill for a while and it helped a great deal.  

Do you have raw tumbled rhodalite?  You know, the pink and black stone?  I had a frog made of that stone and really was attached to it but when my daughter moved to Florida 7 years ago I sent it along with her as a good look token.  It must have worked because she is now happily married with a beautiful daughter of her own and has just been certified to teach.  She also snagged a cute home on a lake with an oddly helpful water spirit.  I'd forgotten about the stone until I had a severe panic attack and she pulled it out of her purse and handed it to me.  Wow!  Did that bring back memories... and helped calm my attack.  Anyway, I am interested in a palm sized raw tumbled "chunk" of Rhodalite if you can help.

The Metaphysics of ADHD

Question: Hi! I found you tutorials on YouTube and have visited your online store;) can you help me find stones that can assist with ADHD. My nephew has been diagnosed and I read in my crystal books some stones can help With that, but my local stone shop doesn't have any in store. Answer: Hello and thank you for your email and for watching our Crystal Healing Videos on YouTube! Which stones did you read about in your book that aid in ADHD? If you remember or can list the stones via email, we can direct you to the links on our website. If it was just a general statement that stones can help in ADHD, we can give you a bit more insight metaphysically as well.

It is a common myth that all ADHD children are hyperactive and bouncing off the walls. In fact, there are children who do have this excess energy, but there are also children who sit quietly with their attention miles away. By determining your nephew's attention level, we can properly suggest crystal healing stones that will be beneficial for his focus.

Children who are hyperactive have too much physical energy, they are too grounded to the earth and everything they do is spontaneous and aggressive. They need to counteract this energy with high vibration, spiritual and calming stones like Moonstone, Rose Quartz and Amethyst.

Children who are lost in their own thoughts, or spaced out, have too much spiritual energy, their head is literally "in the clouds". For these children, you will want to give them grounding stones, ones that will connect them with this reality, like Red Jasper, Mochi Stones and Tigers Eye.

Crystals to protect your kids.

Question: I had to deal with the police again last night as my ex husband disappeared with our son again. Is there a crystal that helps protect kids? I programmed a piece of jet and an amethyst for him. 

Answer: I am sorry to hear about your son. Jet is a good one for protection from violence. I would also recommend Ruby. In India, Rubies have been long used to protect children as they grow up. Other protective stones you may want to try are Pyrite (pictured), Black Tourmaline and Black Onyx.
