CRYSTALS: Self Cleanse

QUESTION: Where and how can I learn to self cleanse myself. I don't see any healing crystal services in my area. I would appreciate your advice.

ANSWER: Thank you for your question. If you live in an area where energy healers are not readily available, you can work with the crystals on yourself. As demonstrated by our friend above, you can do a crystal healing layout with flat crystals. In this case she is using crystals that correspond to the chakras to open and balance the energy blockages of the chakras.

If you have a crystal wand, you can scan it over your aura (your energy body), sweeping your aura as if you would for another person. The most effective way to clean your own energy body is to hold and meditate or visualize with your crystals in your hand - smooth spheres and eggs are great for this purpose!

After your self-healing sessions you will want to carry the smaller tumbled stones or wear crystal jewelry with you as a reminder of your focus throughout the day.

ANSWER: Hi, thanks for your question. You need to replace those feelings of loss with love. Self-love energy is brought to your aura with stones like Rose Quartz or Rhodonite. QUESTION: Hi, I am beginning a gemstone/chakra medicine class in SF this weekend that requires me to have charoite. I see that you have the CHAROITE SLAB 5" Purple Superman Spiritual Crystal 01 listed on the website and just wanted to ensure that you have the stone available. If so, I would like to come pick it up on Saturday morning. I don't live in the city and drove in from Santa Rosa this past Saturday only to find a sign on the door saying closed for the weekend. I prefer to see/feel the stones over ordering them online. There are other stones that I need for later on in the class that I am interested in seeing, but this one I need for Saturday. Can you please confirm that you have the stone in stock. Thanks.

CRYSTALS: Independence

QUESTION: I just got out of a long term relationship and I am feeling lost. Can crystals help me?

ANSWER: Hi, crystals can definitely aid you in finding yourself again. You need to fill those voids that your breakup has left you. Positive crystal energy is great. You can place the crystals over your chakras, wear them or hold them when needed. You will regain your individuality and who you were as a person before the relationship and who you are now. CRYSTALS: Meditation

QUESTION: I am having a really hard time sitting for meditation.

ANSWER: That's okay, meditation doesn't have to be about sitting still. Personally, I can't meditate that way either.

Meditation is anything that allows your mind to be in the moment - so whatever your hobbies are or anything healthy that you enjoy doing - walking, working out, dancing, yoga, lying down, daydreaming. For me, making jewelry with crystals is a form of meditation.

Even if you can't sit still for meditation, crystals can help your mind to focus on your objective. Some crystals that are useful for meditation are Amethyst, Lapis, Moonstone and Howlite. Of course any healing crystal can be used to program for meditation!
