CRYSTALS: Meditation

QUESTION: I am having a really hard time sitting for meditation.

ANSWER: That's okay, meditation doesn't have to be about sitting still. Personally, I can't meditate that way either.

Meditation is anything that allows your mind to be in the moment - so whatever your hobbies are or anything healthy that you enjoy doing - walking, working out, dancing, yoga, lying down, daydreaming. For me, making jewelry with crystals is a form of meditation.

Even if you can't sit still for meditation, crystals can help your mind to focus on your objective. Some crystals that are useful for meditation are Amethyst, Lapis, Moonstone and Howlite. Of course any healing crystal can be used to program for meditation!

QUESTION: Hi Sheila, I need a power and awesome crystal, to attract tons of good business and good money....( or perhaps winning the Lotto ) is anything in your arsenal, who can help me? even a small pebble!!?

ANSWER: Hi! There are definitely many crystals that are connected to the energy of cash flow, wealth and prosperity in this universe. In fact I just packaged a Citrine ball for a customer who has found great business success meditating with his Citrine pyramid. Citrine is a very popular crystal, as it is aligned with the energy of cash flow - meaning money coming in but you also must give it for it to return to you!

You can also try Aventurine, which is the crystal for abundance. Whatever kind of abundance you are seeking, you can call in by visualizing with your Aventurine - health, wealth, friends, etc...

Now, to make these crystals MOST effective, you are going to want to clean, charge and program them, thus aligning the crystals's energies with what you want. And then aligning your mind to what you want with the most powerful form of energy - YOUR THOUGHT! Your thoughts Must be sayinig the same thing that you are wanting to manifest (in this case money). So, your thoughts already must be saying "I am rich" "I am wealthy" "I am prosperous" "I am abundant". As "they" say "fake it til you make it!" or say it until you believe it's true! Then those things will come into your life. If you are clinging on to these desperate thoughts, then you are just attracting these negative energies - debt, insecurity, worries, burdens ..always thinking you're broke will leave you in this state of being! So lift it up, monitor your thoughts (I will be blogging on this in the next post), keep it positive NO MATTER WHAT! Every "downfall" is a lesson for you to learn from and move on!

And yes, we have all sizes of these crystals from tiny pebbles starting at $1 to large clusters! The bigger the better, but you must be relative the size of your space - so if you want something for your pocket you obviously don't want anything more than a small tumbled stone! CRYSTALS: Citrine

QUESTION: Hello There! I am working to attract a large sum of money into my life for peaceful and positive purposes. I have a large Citrine Pyramid Crystal which I hold in my hands for attracting my wealth energy. Can you instruct me on how to better use my crystal?

ANSWER: Hello! It sounds like you are on the right path for attracting wealth by meditating with your Citrine Pyramid! Meditating, visualizing and manifesting with your crystals is the most powerful way to tap into the crystal's energies. I assume you are already cleaning, charging and programming your crystals before using them (if not there is more information on www.satincrystals.com under the tab "Crystal FAQ's").

The one thing that does come to mind as a suggestion to you is to have some smaller, more portable Citrine crystals around you while you are doing these meditations, so that you can easily take them with you during your day as a reminder of the manifestation you have been calling into your life.

As for the Citrine sphere, this will be easier to hold in your hands and you will most likely receive a different sensation. Different shapes have different effects on our thoughts. For me, a Pyramid brings in more sacred power, decisiveness and strength. For me, a sphere brings in more harmony, a softer energy, yet just as powerful, as it's the most uniform shape in the universe.

Spheres are also used for group harmony, bringing people together for progressive meetings and exciting solutions. Many healers will place large Crystal Balls in the center of their meeting tables or living spaces to bring a harmonious energy, aligning minds and raising the vibration among the group.

I would suggest placing your Citrine sphere on a ring in your money corner of your home, office or space - we place them on crystal rings which can double as rings to wear! The money corner is the furthest left corner from the door.

CRYSTALS: Ex-boyfriends

QUESTION: I have a situation: my now ex boyfriend is gone, we shared a home together for almost 5 years, I'm wondering how to clear the energy, what crystals or placement of crystals I can do to get myself in a better place? what do I do about our bed? get rid of it?

ANSWER: First of all, I highly recommend you sage the place. Next, I would run the corners of your home with a clear Quartz point. I do this everytime I want to clear the energy of a new place I am moving in to.

After the Quartz energy to purify the home, I would place a little bit of salt and a black stone (jet, onyx, obsidian, tourmaline, etc) in the corners of the rooms for a few days.

You can also make a grid around your bed the same way, but if it is carrying old unwanted memories i would definitely trade it for something new. You can make a renewing grid for positive changes with Moonstone crystals at each corner of your bed (place them underneath the bed at the legs). I would definitely turn the mattress over.

CRYSTALS: Past Life Dreams

FOLLOW-UP: Dear Sheila, I am sorry, It wasn't Imperial Quartz. It was Tangarine Aura or Melon aura, or something of the like. It has the same sheen as aqua aura but was orange.

That is an interesting insight that I may have been a crystal healer in a past life. I always wonder why I dream of stones. I dream of crystals & stones quite often - particularly moonstone. Moonstone happens to be my favorite. I also find myself particularly attracted to carnelian even though I don't usually like the color red. I am attracted to stones even though I dont know what to do with them.

I have been taught to interpret my own dreams by symbol decoding. I haven't made time to do it. I am so attracted to these aura crystals that I thought finding someone with extensive knowlege about them would assist me in what It meant.
