Question: Hi, as far as charging the crystals & deprogramming/programming- how many times should I repeat the intent I have of wearing the crystals?
Answer: Hi, I like to repeat the intent to the crystal at least three times, but this is entirely up to you and your intuition, so whatever you think feels right. Some people like to chant and meditate for a while, some people will only say it once and know that it is programmed. So I would suggest that you experiment and see what feels right to you.
