| 3mm Leather Cord for Pendants |
New leather cords may be stiff. A few ideas to soften your leather cord before wearing with your crystal healing pendant are as follow:
1. Flex the cord back and forth, slowly and smoothly with your fingers to loosen the fibers. This will take some time and you don't want to overdo it, which may risk the cord from cracking. But, this is the most affordable and least messy method.
2. Rub oil into the cord.
3. Leather softening applications, leather oil can be found at equestrian and saddle shops or a leather retail shop (also online). Follow directions on the bottle.
