Crystals to Protect from EMF

For electromagnetic pollution, there are several crystals you can use and experiment with. Smoky Quartz is a very popular crystal to transmute this unwanted energy. I prefer to use Lepidolite which is a purple Mica. If you are working on the computer a lot or on the phone a lot, you can wear these crystals as pendants to keep your aura protected or place the stones on your desk.

Cleansing your new space with Crystals

Whenever I move into a new space (which has been quite often!), I like to do this cleansing ritual:

You will Need:
Salt (course salt preferred)
Incense or Sage
Quartz Wand or Points
Quartz Cluster
Jet or Obsidian Tumbled Stones

• Move the Salt into the house first as this will bring good luck for your stay.
  
• Circle around the home clockwise, sweeping incense or sage smoke, followed by the tip of the Quartz wand in all corners of the rooms.
  
• Circle around the windows counterclockwise, thanking the universe for barring out intruders.
  
• Circle around the front door counterclockwise, thanking the universe for allowing those with good intentions to enter.
  
• Sprinkle salt in any dark corners or areas that need extra cleansing and place Jet or Obsidian crystals here overnight or for a few days.
  
• Light a candle surrounded by pink crystals at the center of the home for love, friendship and strong relationships.

Question: Hi, i want to know from your experience which stone or gem is most effective that naturally returns negative energy to sender and does not need recharging much or at all?

Answer:  Hi, from our experience, the best crystals to repel psychic attacks (negative energies directed at you) is orange Carnelian and the best crystal for transmuting negative energies (in general, doesn't have to directed at you) is Obsidian. Both of these crystals need little to no charging.

Camping at the Russian River

Refresh your soul and connect with the outdoors like I did this past weekend camping at the Russian River here in Northern California. We can remind ourselves that life does not revolve around technology and civilization, and truly appreciate the earth we are living in.

Of course you should never leave home without your crystals and nature is the perfect place to recharge their energies as well! Run them in a mesh bag in the river, charge them in the open moon light and wear them to keep you grounded to the present moment!
