Thank you to all those who attend the meditation group (which sells out every Thursday) for encouraging me to record them, and for giving me the motivation to go on week after week. A special thanks to Derrick and Armand for helping in the making of the cd.

This is the first of many more to come, and they will only get better! (Especially as we begin to master the technical aspects of cd making and recording). The next meditation available will be Pyrite meditaiton that was recorded live the last week of February. This is one of my best meditations, so let us know if you would like to reserve a copy! It will be available on mp3 for $10 or cd for $15.
