ADVICE: Monitor Thoughts



Re-train your mind and your thoughts to thinking in positive terms to get out of negative, self-defeating mindset and becoming an optimistic person. You just have to face each thought you are having, monitor yourself even for one hour and change those thoughts around to something empowering. Thoughts that make you feel good about yourself. Don't scold yourself if you let some thoughts slip, take it as a lesson and move on...After years of programming, your thoughts are not going to change overnight! Give yourself time, encourage yourself and pride yourself on the thoughts that you DO transmute to positive!
