Question: Dear Sheila, Thanks for your reply about chakra plates. Could have one chakra plate on more than one chakra at the same time. For example, one on the base, another on sacral, a third on the solar plexus, etc? Or is this not advisable? Again thanks.
Answer: Yes! You are definitely encouraged to use multiple plates on
multiple chakras at the same time! This is called a chakra layout and is
very beneficial in balancing your life energies.
