Chakra Plates
The vibrations of the crystals rebalance and harmonize the client’s own natural abilities to heal. Chakra plates can be simple stone slabs or they can be enhanced by gluing specific crystals onto the surface.
What You Need:
Crystal Slabs
Variety of Crystals corresponding to the Chakras
Strong, Non-Porous Gel Glue (Super Glue is okay for smaller flat stones)
Gloves (optional)
Tweezers (optional)
Instructions:
Make sure the surface of your stones is clean. Crystals with flat surfaces will be sturdier on the slab. If you have an irregular crystal, use extra glue. Glue the stones onto the slab in any arrangement you desire. Use Tweezers for smaller stones and gloves if you don’t want glue all over your hands.
Pre-arrange your stones in a pattern that is attractive to you. As you press on each stone, repeat your positive affirmation to program each stone according to what you want. Use your giving/dominant (right for right handed) hand to program the crystal. Relax, feel the energies and keep yourself light – smile J
For example, as you press down to glue on the Citrine stone, you would repeat, out loud or silently, “Thank you for balancing the emotions”. Use inclusive affirmations to apply to anyone unless you are going to use the chakra plate only for yourself.
After each stone is glued, you can program the whole chakra plate.
Make sure to leave space on the slab’s surface if you will be using the tuning fork. Leave for several hours to overnight to dry completely before use. Handle with care during use! Don’t worry if the stones fall off, it’s just as easy to glue them back on!
You can choose to clean, charge and program the crystals before or after the gluing process:
(If you have a large charging cluster, that will take care of the cleaning and charging of many plates at once)
Use any stones you find, even ones that have chipped during your other energy healing practices. This is a great way to make something whole again that has broken!
Adding tumbled stones to the slabs makes the healing more effective because the properties of the stones are all working together in harmony according to your affirmation. Plus, activating each crystal as it dries to the crystal plate is a therapeutic process in itself!
