2008 has been a spectacular year, and I hope you all have shared in this energy! I can already feel the rush of the new year upon us, and all the exciting changes that are coming along with it
As you begin the new year please keep in mind that it is a great time to muster up some positive energy and refocus on the important goals you wish to pursue.January's crystal for my guided meditation group will be Moonstone, for New Beginnings and Transformations. Start the new year right by chanting positive affirmations to yourself- aloud, to yourself, through meditation, and/or at any time possible. Make your dreams into a reality!
